Order Ice - Will order Ice on Friday 5/22/09 70Bagsb.) Copies of Programs - Programs will be ready on 5/29/09 and will cost the club nothingc.) Pick up signs from Okie Dokie &#8211; Will have 2 signs that will need to be hung up before the start of the rodeo on 5/29/09d.) News Paper - advertisement budget was spent for the 1st weekend scheduled of the rodeo. Called Newspaper office and sweet talked a deal into adding us to an event page.e.) Need workers - Still need help the rodeo weekend ... f.) mowed and fit fence - the fence will be up as of weekend of the rodeoC.) Fun Showa.) Date to be re-schedule (re-scheduled date 10/10/09&#160;Treasure ReportA.) Added Money May Rodeo short $105.00 a.) Sponsors (L&amp;M Dump, Mikes 1 and 2, Osage Million Dollar, Porter Heat &amp; Air, Stillwater Steel, Jody Barkley, Pat Schulte, and Huddleston Double B) B.) Rodeo Insurance &#160;Pageant ReportA.) Still Looking for Sponsors D.) Need Parents help with Playdays&#160;On June 22nd we will have a used tack auction to help raise money for the kids playday awards!!

&lt;p&gt;Dear Members,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We will start our 2010 season on Sunday March the fourteenth at ten o&amp;#8217;clock in the morning. We will end our workday when we get everything done, but we will not go past one or two o&amp;#8217;clock in the afternoon. On our agenda for that day will be to repair the water pipes, and clean out the concession stand. The yard of the arena and the announcer stand could use some cleaning up too. I encourage anyone who is able to attend to please come help out. It will make everything go faster!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The meeting for March well be held on March the 18th @ 7pm. We will hold this meeting at the Skiatook Police satiation board room. The front door to the station should be open, but if it is not please just push the button and state that you are there for the meeting and dispatch will let you in.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The first playday is March 21st at 2pm . I hope everyone will come if they can. If there is rain we will call the playday at 11am, so please call and check the message. PLEASE DO NOT TEXT MESSAGES!!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Also, On March 21st @ 2pm the Cavalcade Committee will hold their annual meeting. Anyone may attend, but only two people can vote and that will be Johnna and Jake.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The contract for the lights should be going to the arena anytime now.
