Note to Campers:

The Cavalcade is a fun time for your family to experience the Wild Adventures of RODEO, but it can also be dangerous. We ask that you leave no child unattended. If you have a child staying with you that is not over the age of 18, we remind you that you are responsible for that child too. The Cavalcade committee has asked that everyone keep themselves under control and have a wonderful time. We ask that if you compete in the day performance, you wear a red or white shirt (SRUC t-shirts are available through Johnna @ 607-2920). If you run in the night performance or in the grand entry, we ask that you wear a red or white shirt. Please check the cavalcade rules for the night performance dress code. Numbers may be picked up from an officer. If you have any problems please notify an officer that is camping.

This Cavalcade Camping form is due by June 19, 2008 and a camping map will follow. The reason for the camping map is, because we only have a few eclectic hookups and lots of trailers. We can’t put five 5^th wheels on one pole, so please try and stick with the map that will follow if you have question please contact Johnna or Rachael.
