Hello Members,
Summer has arrived, we hope everyone is having a great year. we have alot of events coming up. Please remember we will need workers. If your are interested in working you can contact Racheal or Johnna.
Our Spring Rodeo in May was a great Success. We would like to thank everyone for their time and help to put on the rodeo. We will be having a Fun Show on June 7th at 10am you must be entered by 9am. The Monster Bull Has been cancelled.
The Cavalcade is approaching, please remember if you can not make it, let us know as soon as possible so we can try to substitute someone for you. I will be enclosing a camping form for those who are camping, please fill it out and return it to us as soom as possible . Please remember to wear red or white. Anyone riding in the grand entry, please let me know, I will need members to carry Flags. You can also purchase roundup club t-shirts from Johnna or Racheal. If you are a contestant, when you get to the cavalcade please call Racheal for your back number. 639-6588. All horses must have coggins to get in.
Our June meeting will be held June 19th at 7pm We hope to see everyone there.
Please remember the Dickerson Family in your hearts and prayers for the loss of Alan. He was a long time member and board member of the Skiatook Roundup Club. He will be missed greatly.

Howdy Club Members,
April has arrived, we have alot of evets scheduled for this month. We have done alot of work at the arena to get it ready for these events coming up. We would like to thank everyone that helped clean and do repairs to the arena.
We had our first NOBRA on March 30th, it was great success. Our next NOBRA is 4-13-08. We will need 2 workers for the concession stand. Please contact Johnna 607-2920 or Racheal 639-6588 if you would like to work.
We will be hosting a OJRA at the areana on 4/25/08, 4/26/08. There will be a Friday night, Saturday, and Saturday Night performance. We will need 8 people each night and 5 people for the day performance. Please contact Racheal or Johnna if your interested in working.
Our first playday will be 4/29/08 at 7pm. You must be paid by that time. We will need 3 workers for that night. Any question catact Delonda at 638-7270.
Please remember all workdays, events you work will go towards you childs playday awards.
I have enclosed a calendar for April and May events on it.
Cavalcade tryouts are April 20tj at 2pm at the arena . Any questions please contact Racheal. I have enclosed a fee list for all nights and daces and camping prices.

Cavalcade Tryouts Money is due at the time of tryouts. If you would like to purchase a all access arm band for the cavalcade which gets you into all the rodeo performance and the dances for a discounted prince you may do so through the club for 65.00. Once the cavalcade starts the all access arm bands go up to 75.00

Dear Members,
As Spring approaches, we have a lot of events coming up. March kicks off the new year. We hope to have a great year again. Please remember as we start the year events, we need all the help and workers for those events that we can get.
We are having a workday on March 16th at 1:00pm at the arena, this will be the last one before the NOBRA Barrel Race, which is March 30th at 1:00pm. Please remember to look at your schedule I sent out for all events.
We will be having Adult Playdays starting in April, they will be the 1st Thursday of the month at 7:00pm. These Playday are for adults only, you must be 19 or older to participate.
Anyone interested in sponsorship for the rodeos please contact Jake Wilson at 694-6045. The deadline for the sponsorships is April 1st.
Please remember that the March meeting, is at the community building in Skiatook at 7:00pm on March 20th., for info contact Johnna Weathers at 607-2920, You may also look at the website for all events at the arena. (skiatookroundupclub.com)
There the Lock Code to the arena is ****, that is for members only, please don't give that to anyone.
