Our January meeting went off without a hitch, several members showed up and again some rules have changed.
They are as follows: Camping rules for the Cavalcade. Must be member by April 1st, no one under age of 18yrs of age without parental supervision, must carry your SRUC membership card at all times and we must have a camping form.
We have scheduled a work/clean up day at the arena for Sunday March 14th from 10am til ?. Please bring lawnmowers, weed eaters, gloves and anything else we might need to clean up. This will be a counted work day.
Our playdays have been moved to Sundays. The first one will be March 21 at 2pm. If there are any questions regarding the playdays please call Candy Wilson 344-7662 Attached is a copy of the playday rules please read to see the changes that have been made.
The Barrel Races have been approved again and will be starting April 13th. If there is anyone who is willing to run the concession stand during the races it would be greatly appreciated. This can count as a work for you. If any questions please feel free to call DJ at 520-4481. The races will be every Tuesday night with the last one on June 1st, unless there is a rainout.
Our May rodeo will be held on the 21st – 22nd, Loose Rowel will be the contractor. Congrats to them.
Our next club meeting will be held at the Police Station/Community Building on February 18th at 7pm.
Now for more exciting news and for those of you who didn’t know Johnna is now hearing the pitter patter of little feet. Kaden Parker was born February 3, 2010 weighing in at 6lbs 1oz and 19” long.
And for those of you who haven’t heard AT Feree passed away our thoughts and prayers are with his family.
Wow!!!! Can you believe that 2009 is over and 2010 is here? Where did the year go!!!! We want to thank everybody who helped with all our activities that were held at the arena this last year. We could never have done it without your help. Skiatook Roundup Club had a very successful year and we hope to continue thru 2010.

Thank you for everyone who came out to support the elections. We had a couple officers step down from their position this election. We want to thank them for their hard work this past year.
Attached is a new 2010 membership card. Please fill out and turn in by mail or at our January meeting.
Remember you have to be a member by April 1st to try out for either Tulsa State Fair or the Cavalcade and also to run for an officer position or vote for a position at the end of the year.

Next meeting will be held January 21th @ 7pm at Hairitage Salon behind the Bulldog carwash. We will be reviewing the rules and bylaws at this meeting. And if there are any changes that need to be discussed.
