Membership Fees & Release Forms
Due before participating in any Playday. Entry Fees
$5.00 Entry Fee due nightly, which includes all events.
Must enter up before the Playday begins.
If entering up late and an event has already begun you will not be
participating in that event, but will be allowed to participate in the next
following event.
Ape Croups (as of Jan. 1)
Leadline 8 & Under 9-14 15-19
Leadline is a class that has a reduced pattern and is only for children that need assistance; either by a parent leading or just walking along side
the horse and rider, the horse must not outrun the leader at anytime, if this occurs it will result in a no time. An adult maybe mounted on horse back with a child,
or jockey along side the child, but the horse must remain in a walk. If a child starts riding alone with no assistance they will be required to move to their appropriate
age group, but points will not carry over.
Point System
Points will be given on an average of 3 completed runs.
1st - 12 pts. 4th - 6 pts. All remaining will
2nd - 10 pts. 5th - 4 pts. receive - 1 pt.
3rd - 8 pts. 6th - 2 pts. No Times - 0 pts.
A score sheet with updated overall points will be posted each Playday. Ribbons
Given each Playday for overall nightly points.

Contestants name will be announced no more than 3 times (10 sec. intervals) after the 3rd time they will be marked as a no show (N/S),
and next contestant will then be called.

Each rider must sale a minimum of 75 tickets to be eligible for end of the
year awards.

Awards Eligibility Requirements
*Must participate in at least '/2 of the scheduled Playdays.
^Participant or a parent must attend a minimum of 3 RUC Meetings.
*Participant (depending on age) or a parent must help during 3 events which includes; Rodeos, Funshows, Cleanup Dates, and or Playdays
(working a playday consist of working a whole playday, not just during one event).
No children under the age of 16 are allowed to work in the concession.
Their will no longer be the option of paying $15.00 and not participating
in the requirements.
Cossins Requirements
A negative coggins must be presented at the announcer stand at the time of entering up. It must be brought to the announcers attention if multiple riders are using the same horse.
Coggins will only be required on your first initial entry. If your horse is on the premises your coggins papers must be as well. If at any point and time a different horse is required,
coggins must be presented at that time. If anyone is found in violation of this rule you will be asked to remove your horse from the premises, and the participant will receive a no time.
