Please submit the following with completed application form:
- Two 5X7 head and shoulder color photographs in western attire (including cowboy hat).
- $25.00 entry fee made payable to SRUC (1 Money order or cash - no personal check)
- $20.00 membership fee made payable to SRUC (1 Money order or cash - no personal check)
- Two typed bios about yourself not over 150 words
Please put all of these together in a manila envelope and mail or email them all at one time, unless prior arrangements have been made. Must be postmarked by August 1, 2008 NO EXCEPTIONS.
The enclosed liability waiver document must be completed and returned with this application in order to compete. Be familiar with the SRUC rulebook and make sure you meet all eligibility requirements listed in it. If you have any questions, contact the SRUC Pageant Director. Photos will not be returned.

Liability Release
I, the undersigned, hereby agree for myself and my heirs to fully and forever release and discharge The Skiatook roundup Club and it's Board Members thereof from any claims, demands, damages, rights of action of or causes of damage or loss on account of any injuries or damages, or otherwise of every kind and character to me or to other persons or property resulting from or which may result either directly or indirectly from the participation and use of the facilities or equipment of SRUC or its owners, operators, directors or employees. I hereby agree that I am using these facilities at my own risk and I assume full responsibility for such use and for any result thereof. In addition I/We agree to assume all responsibility and risk from participation in these equine activities. I fully understand that horseback riding is a risk sport and engage in the sport at my own risk. I shall abide by all the rules of SRUC and SRUC Pageant now in effect or later adopted. And I further agree to hold Skiatook Roundup Club and its owners, employees, trainers and SRUC and its directors free and harmless from all damages, or liability for and injury to person, horse or property rising as a result from this participation including attorney and court costs.

Rule Book
Set forth by the Pageant Director
All rules must be followed or the contestant will be disqualified!
Sweethearts and Wranglers
- All sweetheart must be between the ages of 3-6 yrs old as of January 1, 2008.
- All Wranglers must be between the ages of 3-8 yrs old as of January 1, 2008
- All must sell 100-donation ticket to be eligible for prize. Who ever sells the must tickets will receive a trophy saddle. One for boys and one for the girls.
- All raffle money must be kept in its own special envelope. Away from any other ticket money that you might sell which would include rodeo ticket and bbq tickets. I will supply the contestant with three envelopes all unsold tickets must be turned in with money. If tickets are not turned in on time contestant will not get to compete NO EXCEPTIONS!
- All contestants will ride in grand entry Friday and Saturday night depending on the size of contestants will decide weather they ride on horse back or in a truck. You will be notified! (If the kids ride on horseback you may not lead your child on foot, you may do the following 1.) Lead with another horse 2.) Ride double 3.) Child may ride by itself. (It just slows things down to be on foot in grand entry.)
- All contestants must ride in float for Saturday parade. I will appoint parents to ride with children, so please do not assume that you will ride on the float with your child. If for some reason you need to accompany your child you must notify the pageant director before the start on the pageant. (With the number of contestant there is just not enough room)
- Please see the Schedule for proper times and clothing attire.
- You will receive a note card with your packet please have this filled out for your child so we may read it when they are on the stage. The note card can contain the following Childs name, parent’s name, something about their outfit.
